The restored cottage is located just before Sineu. The elements of the old estate have been preserved and combine with essential elements for the comfort of today.
Sineu still retains memories of his noble past. A tour through the medieval streets of the old town shows the visitor beautiful mansions and interesting monuments.
Sineu has a rail link with the Palma-Manacor line. You will also find numerous bars, restaurants and the typical cellar of the typical Mallorcan cuisine, as well as supermarkets and other shops.
Worth mentioning is the weekly market of senses, which takes place on Wednesdays. Here you can admire animals and fresh vegetables and fruits as well as crafts, clothing, jewelry, etc. acquire.
The farm has a very good location. It is located in the countryside, adjacent to the village. It is therefore easy to reach on foot and by bicycle.
The holiday home is divided as follows:
Ground floor area: 170 m².
First floor: 120 m².
Outside area: 169 m², terrassa + pool.
Total area: 8500 m².
It has 5 bedrooms and an additional one sofa bed, as well as 3 bathrooms (one downstairs and 2 upstairs).

The finca is surrounded by trees, shrubs, fields and open meadows, so pure nature. The environment is idealism to relax and unwind. The outdoor area has a huge garden with a large pool and stunning views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
Son Palanca offers just about everything for a relaxing holiday.
The rustic impression of the house begins to last and continues in the house. Furnished with solid wood furniture from another era, and this very architectural style of the house is the true charm of Son Palanca.
In the kitchen there is a large wood-burning fireplace, which provides much coziness in the cooler season.
The basic equipment also includes free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
The property is ideal for larger groups or several families.
Electricity / AC is 18€/day and will be charged separately.
