Description
Los Naranjos is a nice house in Cala Llonga, in the municipality of Santa Eulalia. It is quiet, surrounded by orange groves and near the beach of Cala Llonga.
The house has a living room with fireplace and TV, and DVD. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, sharing a bathroom with bath tub.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower.
And on the top floor there is a small studio with a terrace with beautiful views. The pool is equipped with loungers, parasols and a barbecue.
Perfect for a relaxing stay with the family, plenty of sunshine and very close to the beach.
AC throughout the house available.

Llegada y recogida de llaves:
• La recolección de llaves y el procesamiento de check-in se realizan en nuestra oficina asociada en el puerto de Ibiza. Está a solo 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto.

En Ibiza, no se recoge basuras en las villas, excepto cuando se limpian a diario. El incumplimiento tendrá la consecuencia de a una retención parcial del depósito (40 € a 100 €).

Der Pool ist fantastisch! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und blitz sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann zufuß zum Strand, wenn man möchte. Ein Auto ist aber trotzdem wichtig.

Nette Nachbarschaft (der Bauer von nebenan, schaut immer nach dem Rechten und hilft auch direkt). Die Eltern der Besitzer sind sehr lieb und aufmerksam. Es waren Grundnahrungsmittel (Obst, Wasser, Fruchtsaft, Milch Croissants, Kekse ohne Beantragung see more
Nette Nachbarschaft (der Bauer von nebenan, schaut immer nach dem Rechten und hilft auch direkt). Die Eltern der Besitzer sind sehr lieb und aufmerksam. Es waren Grundnahrungsmittel (Obst, Wasser, Fruchtsaft, Milch Croissants, Kekse ohne Beantragung da (sehr gut, da wir erst Mitternacht eingetroffen sind). Nach der ersten Woche Reinigungsteam mit Wechseln der Bettwäsche und Geschirr- Handtücher auffüllen von Toilettenpapier....etc. Direkte Besorgung eines neuen Sonnenschirms und Austausch der defekten Leuchtmittel. Also wir waren echt positiv angetan und sicherlich nicht das letzte mal dort! Gepflegte Anlage sauberer Pool.
