Description
Lovely last century Ibizan holiday house, completely renovated in May 2015. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in a mountainous area and offers stunning views of the surrounding valleys.
About 16,000 meters of land surround the house.
In the front of the house there is a large swimming pool (9x4 m) with sunbeds and parasol. On the pool side you have available as well an arbour where you can enjoy delicious dinners with your family
There is a dining area on a covered porch with a built-in barbecue. In this area there is also a ping pong table.
The house at the entrance has a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. To the left is located one of the bathrooms with bathtub. On the opposite side of the kitchen we have the living room with a dining area and sofa with satellite TV. From this room you’ll find two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with bed of 1.50m x 1,90m, both with air conditioning.
At the end of the house we have the master bedroom with 1,80x2m bed and air conditioning.
Next to the entrance there is a 2nd bathroom with shower.

Lovely villa, perfect for family holiday. Great location for us nearby friend's wedding and easy to pop into Santa Eulalia. Pool area was particularly good with the soft grass being safe for our baby.

the(mostly) quite valley, close to Santa Eularia and Ibiza, there were really enough plates and forks, pots an pans, the kids enjoyed the pool and the area arround the pool for playing soccer, nice sundowner place

Everything was very clean, the house was spacious, lovely views, great pool. There were more than enough cooking utensils in the kitchen. Every room has its own airconditing. The housekeeper came in the middle of the week to change our towels and quisee more

The housekeeper came in the middle of the week to change our towels and quickly sweep trough the house. And very convenient, the taxi drivers knew the house (or at least the street of La Colina) and drive all the way up to the house.
