Description
Impressive typical Ibizan holiday house with many outdoor areas to enjoy and relax.
This villa is located on the east coast of the island of Ibiza, close to Santa Eulalia, San Carlos and Santa Gertrudis. The nearest beaches are Cala Pada, Cala Llonga or the beautiful bay of Aguas Blancas.
The 400 m2 building is surrounded by huge palm gardens and offers a fantastic 20m x 13.5m swimming pool, large lawns, a fish pond, a fitness room as well as several covered seating areas to relax and a nice dining area.
Large, completely external living room with direct access to the terrace.
Bright and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook.
4 double rooms with air conditioning. One bedroom on the upper floor with double bed, convertible into two single beds (on request) and access to the terrace.
Upstairs we find a double bedroom, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and another bedroom on the same floor with a double four-poster bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The outside area of the property is really spectacular with a large pool, sun beds and a great grill house with a chill-out lounge. There is also a billiards room for socializing with friends and family.
The property also has: satellite TV, iron, fireplace, radio, safe, hairdryer, internet access (Wi-Fi), refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, kitchen utensils, microwave, oven.
Complete cleaning every 7 nights with change of bed linen and towels.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
Arrival procedure and key collection:
• The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport.
Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs.
Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.
• Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h):
All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival).

- Check-in after 10pm: 100€
Touristic Tax:
All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival.
Security Deposit:

Waste disposal:
In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €).
