Description
Beautiful luxury ibicencan style house of 300 sqm located in plot of 17.500 sqm in the north of the island, next to Atzaró hotel. In a very peaceful and unique area of Ibiza called Atzaró. Great panoramic view to the Morna Valley.
Santa Eulalia is a 5 minutes drive and Ibiza town is just 15 minutes away.
The villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is air conditioning, wireless internet and plasma TV with international satellite in 2 bedrooms and in the living room. Music equipment with iPod input. Safe in all bedrooms.
Fully equipped house with high standards. Several chill out areas with day beds, gardens, ponds and water fall. There is a gate entrance with private parking space.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining and living areas. BBQ equipment.

Arrival procedure and key collection:
• The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport.
Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs.
Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.
• Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h):
All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival).
- Between 19:30-22:00 : 60€
- From 22:00 on: 100€
Touristic Tax:
All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions)
Waste disposal:
In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €).
Facilities:
In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available).
