This amazing villa with over 300m2 of habitable space sits in an easy accessible area boasting tranquillity yet close to some of the best beaches on the island: Cala Comte (Conta) and Cala Bassa. It has a large open plan lounge with ceiling fan leading onto the dining area both with direct access to the covered porch leading down to the pool area, there is a separate fully fitted kitchen with laundry room.
The villa has: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus one guest toilet.
3 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, all have single beds 90x190cm that can be pushed together to form double beds:

2. Twin bedroom, AC a walk-in wardrobe area and bathroom with shower, shared with 3rd bedroom.

The master bedroom located on the top floor has a huge terrace and excellent sea views.

There is a large oval shaped pool of approx. 10m x 5m, a relaxing chill out zone and BBQ area with outside dining all boasting relaxing sea views.
This villa is ideal for couples and families. The main entrance to the ground is shared with its sibling villa (not rented out), whoever this does not infringe on your privacy around the pool area and terraces as both houses are oriented in opposite directions.
Cleaning: weekly full clean. 1 set of cot & high chair for free available.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
