The name of this newly built villa says it all. It is located in a privileged area of Es Cubells, a small village in the southwest of the island, which is very popular with homeowners due to the magnificent views over the sea, the proximity to beautiful beach clubs and the quiet surroundings. The Salinas of Ibiza and the old town of Dalt Vila are also at our feet here. There are several restaurants and a beautiful church from 1864 in the village itself.

Arrival procedure and key collection:
• The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport.
Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs.
Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.
• Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h):
All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival).

- From 22:00 on: 100€
Touristic Tax:
All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions)
Waste disposal:
In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €).
Facilities:
In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available).
