Description
It is located in a very quiet area surrounded by nature. The closest beach is Cala Vadella, a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters with a wide variety of restaurants on the beach.
The outdoor area has a large patio with teak sun loungers and a Balinese bed. A nice fish pond and a circular pool (6m in diameter). A barbecue area with outdoor kitchen and a large table with capacity for up to 14 people.
At the top of the garden, up some stairs, there is a 15m long infinity pool, and a large sun terrace with Balinese beds, wide views of the mountains and a quiet valley.
Its 80,000m2 of land are located in a Protected Natural Area (ANEI). You can also pay a visit to the top of the small hill, just 100 meters from the villa, where you will find an idyllic spot with a wooden pergola overlooking the magical island of Es Vedrá, the sea and the sunsets.
