Modern villa located near the town of San José de Sa Talaia, with one of the best views you can get on the west side of Ibiza. This luxurious holiday home extends over 3 floors and has a large living-dining room with modern decoration and thanks to its large windows it enjoys an enviable view of the sea. Modern and bright kitchen fully equipped with juicer, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, kitchen utensils, microwave, oven. The house has 6 double rooms with private baths and in addition the bath of the main bedroom the bathtub with beautiful views. The exterior of the property is really impressive because its 63m2 infinity pool is illuminated at night and offers an incredible view of Conejera Island and impressive sunsets. The large terrace and outdoor dining room will make lunch and dinner with friends unforgettable. In addition, the property has a barbecue. Other services: Welcome pack, Wifi, Air Conditioning, Movistar TV, Sonos system, Alarm, Safety boxes, abundant stock of towels and sheets, washing machine, dryer, Satellite TV, safe in the bedrooms, fenced property, 4 cots and a high chair. Parking. A cleaning service will take care of the daily cleaning (except Sundays and holidays). Towels and bedding will be changed as needed.
