The villa conveys a sense of timeless natural beauty and offers the perfect place to enjoy the stunning sea views.
The spacious living room with large windows on both sides of the house makes the landscape and light enter the house. The decoration is exquisitely decorated and although modern it is very cozy and functional.
The 5 bedrooms are spacious, with fitted wardrobes, bright and with access to the outside area. It also has 5 bathrooms.
The outdoor terraces and gardens blend in with the surroundings and the surrounding nature. From the front of the house you can enjoy from any height a spectacular view of the Mediterranean.
The upper terrace offers a unique space to enjoy meals and dinners with friends and family a step from the amazing 18 meter long pool.
The property enjoys a sauna and the swimming pool is heated to enjoy it all year round. It stays between 27 and 29 degrees Celsius in low season.
The gym and sauna and outdoor are perfect for keeping fit and relaxing during the island holidays.
High quality outdoor furniture, chill out area to enjoy a drink with friends and family at any time of the day.
The property is truly unique and fully equipped for a great holiday.
Other facilities offered by the house: Latest technology in air conditioning and heating, parking spaces, free WiFi internet, laundry, 5 safes, USB chargers in all rooms. The property has very good road connections.

Arrival procedure and key collection:
• The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport.
Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs.
Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.
• Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h):
All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival).
- Check-in 07:30pm-10pm : 60€
- Check-in after 10pm: 100€
Touristic Tax:
All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions)
Waste disposal:
In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €).
