A large living room furnished with an 8-meter L-shaped sofa and views on three sides, combined with a private balcony and external access to the pool, terrace, and gardens. The dining room leads to an outdoor covered terrace with two armchairs, perfect for quiet reading or enjoying sunset cocktails. Stainless steel kitchen equipped with quality industrial appliances. 42-inch plasma TV, with Sky TV, DVD player, and iPod-compatible sound system with four integrated DAS speakers.
