Superbe maison en retrait de l’agitation de la ville tout en étant très bien placée. La cuisine est très pratique et bien équipée lorsqu’on a des enfants en bas âge. Havre de paix. La piscine, le jardin avec plein de citronniers et d’oiseaux sont très relaxants. On se sent tout de suite bien dans la maison. De l’autre côté de la maison, une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. On peut même y apercevoir des Milan Royal.

This beautiful villa is located halfway between the beautiful village of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa, one of the most famous enclaves of Mallorca. On the ground floor is the living room with direct access to the large and beautiful porch terrace with access to the garden and pool. This is a charming house located just outside Pollensa. It has two floors, is very spacious and has lots of natural light. On the ground floor large living room with direct access to the terrace, bright fully modern and well equipped kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms of good size and very bright,: one double with a bathroom en suite and two doubles sharing a bathroom. It should be noted that the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Large covered terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy lunch and dinner with friends and family as well as a barbecue and great views of the countryside. The pool is a good size (8x4mts)and together with the terraces and garden make this house have everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa.
