Villa Passa is an authentic Ibiza country house completely renovated, which has managed to maintain its essence and originality. Very spacious it offers 5 rooms on two levels, the main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, outside there is a beautiful studio with bathroom for a total area of about 450m2, within a fenced plot of 2000m2 and a beautiful palm garden. Located a few steps from the charming town of Es Cubells and Es Vedrà Nature Reserve. A few minutes drive from the beaches of Cala Carbó and Cala d'Hort, where you can enjoy a good range of restaurants offering Ibizan cuisine and the best fish on the island.
From the terraces, balconies and porches you will be able to appreciate magnificent panoramic views of the sea. The 12m2 pool invites you to dive into it on hot summer days. Large and comfortable fully equipped kitchen, large dining room with space for 14 people. The house has different spaces comfortably furnished, outdoor corners ideal both for rest and to gather with friends and family. In one of the porches on the top floor we find a great pool table.

Beautiful modern style villa located on top of a hill in Es Cubells, in the south of the island. It was completely renovated in 2010. The house is south west facing so it receives sun throughout the day. The views of the sea, Porroig, Cala Jondal and Formentera are truly privileged. Just 10 minutes drive from Cala Jondal, with its famous beach restaurants and beach clubs, 20 minutes from Ibiza and 15 minutes from the Airport. The property has 400m2 , distributed on two floors and 300m2 of terraces, within 4500m2 of land.
