On the top floor is the master bedroom, equipped with a bathroom with shower en suite and a dressing room and balcony with a beautiful view. All bedrooms have air conditioning, wooden floors and built-in wardrobes.
The large terrace and the pool make your stay in Pollensa idyllic and enjoy the tranquility and life of the city of Pollensa.
The property is located in Pollensa, right in the center with all services in the surrounding streets. The nearest beaches are the beautiful bay "Cala de San Vicente" and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa itself is a Mallorcan town with a lot of charm, very inviting with its excellent restaurants on the town square such as “Q11” and “U Plaça” and the famous Sunday market. In addition, the city has its famous Calvary staircase, 365 steps that lead us to the highest part of the city, from where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the city and the surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente. Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The Pollensa golf course is a few kilometers from the house.
