Townhouse Pollensi is situated in the historic quarter of the Old Town of Pollensa. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the fabulous main square, with all its pavement cafe bars, restaurants and shops on your door step. The property has been lovingly reformed by the owners, using the best quality materials: all the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard. The house enjoys a private interior terrace with dining table, sunbeds, a separate sitting area, a lovely private little pool, and a fantastic covered BBQ area. The house is for six people. On the first floor, there is one master en suite double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room. Downstairs there is another bathroom with shower. The modern kitchen is open to the lounge dining area, with a lovely table and seating for up to six people. The kitchen has all the modern appliances, such as ceramic hob, electric oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer etc. The court yard area is completely private and has a small pool to refresh. The house has satellite TV, air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi. All in all, The property is a fantastic town house in Pollensa, extremely close to the centre and its well-known main square, but at the same time it offers privacy and a great terrace area with a superb covered BBQ area. The property is located in Pollensa, very close to main square. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto

Beautiful town house located in one of the emblematic towns of Mallorca, Pollensa. This house has a capacity for 8 people and is distributed over two floors. Air-conditioned dining room and spacious living room both with air conditioning, as well as comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, DVD and satellite TV. Modern fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge / freezer with access to the outside terrace. The upper area contains 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms), and 2 double bedrooms that share a third bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. In addition, one of the double rooms also has direct access to the pool area, as well as a second upper terrace that offers a beautiful panoramic view of the town of Pollensa. The interior patio has an elegant swimming pool (5x2,5mts) that is surrounded by a beautifully lit terrace at night. It consists of an outdoor shower, a terrace equipped with sun loungers, a toilet, and a fantastic covered barbecue with microwave, dishwasher, sink, fridge / freezer. In addition, and very importantly, the house has its own parking. It is located right in the heart of the town, just 200 meters from its Plaza Mayor (with its fantastic Sunday market, and with a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops), as well as the famous Calvario staircase. Although these are the two most renowned places in Pollensa, we also advise you to be intoxicated by the atmosphere and the essence of the town itself, getting lost in the small streets, and discovering the small museums, shops, art galleries, churches and restaurants like “U Plaça” and “Q11”. Also bear in mind that between the end of July and until August 2, the patron saint festivities are celebrated with great passion. August 2 ("Patron Saint's Day") is the most important, and undoubtedly represents one of the liveliest and most picturesque popular expressions on the entire island, and one that the entire town lives with great fervor. Pollensa i close to the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
