On hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the pool and then relax in the shade on the covered terrace. Comfortable sun loungers are already ready for you. The villa offers 130 m² of living space with 3 bedrooms (2 x with double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms, enough space for 6 people. The interior of the house is bright and friendly, modern and lovingly furnished and decorated. Everyone will find their place here. Whether on the comfortable sofa in the living room, in one of the charming bedrooms, or outside on the terrace equipped with cosy garden furniture. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Finca with swimming pool for 6 people located near the village of Sineu, where you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The nearest beach is only 20 minutes away by car. The typical Majorcan stone finca has 100 sqm living space and is prepared for 6 people. When entering the house you reach the generous living/dining area where there is a cozy fireplace, dining table 2 sofas, television with satellite channels and WiFi. In the fully equipped American kitchen you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes. In total there are 3 bedrooms with fans (1 double bed and 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1x shower, 1x bathtub). All rooms are on the ground floor, the upper area is used for storage.
