Description
This traditional Ibicenc house, restored, is one of the most beautiful places on the island. In view of the island of Es Vedra and on the other side to the beaches of Port Roig, Es Cubells clear day and Formentera currency.
The house has a terrace area with wooden porch and a table to eat and enjoy the views.
Inside a spacious living room with open electric kitchen (with dishwasher).
4bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor, first with 2 single beds and the second with double bed, sharing a bathroom with bath. Raising 5 steps are the other 2 bedrooms, one double en suite with bath, with access to garden and safe, and the fourth one also with double bed en suite with bath and safe. In the back of the house there’s the swimming pool with barbecue area. Great for people looking for privacy and
relaxation.Free wi-fi and air-conditioning in the living room.
Some bedrooms might not be available for bookings under the maximum capacity of the house.

Arrival procedure and key collection:
• The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport.
Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs.
Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.
• Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h):
All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival).

- From 22:00 on: 100€
Touristic Tax:
All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival.
Security Deposit:

In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €).
