Beautiful holiday house of 130m2 on a 5000m2 piece of land, within walking distance of the town of San Carlos, where there are restaurants, shops, bars. Close by is the famous dahlia flea market. At a short distance you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the north such as Aguas Blancas. This typical Ibizan house has a single floor, divided into different levels, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room and with a pantry, a living / dining room with air conditioning and TV, 1 master bedroom with double bed (1,50m x 2m) and shower room, air conditioning, 1 bedroom with two pull-out beds, independent access and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with single bed (0,90m x 1,80m), 1 bathroom with shower. The single room is connected to the pull-out bed room which shares a large shower room. Pretty outdoor area with a 5m x 6m pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, mobile barbecue, relaxation area and beautiful Mediterranean gardens.

IMPORTANT NOTE!

Arrival procedure and key collection:

• The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport.

Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs.

Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.

• Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h):

All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival).

- Between 19:30-22:00 : 60€
- From 22:00 on: 100€

Touristic Tax:
All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions)

Waste disposal:
In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €).

Facilities:
In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available).
