Attractive finca located in a beautiful place between Pollensa and Port Pollensa, ideal for tennis lovers as it is one of the few villas that has a totally private tennis court.
The villa is distributed along a single floor. Ceramic floors and wooden beams are the characteristic features of this house. I has a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV, DVD, large sofas and with direct access to a large covered terrace where we will find a large outdoor table where you can enjoy lunch and dinner with family and friends.
Large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge / freezer, and microwave. In addition to pantry and laundry room where we can find the washing machine, the iron. The bedrooms are of a good size and consist of one double bedroom and two double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The bedrooms share two full baths.
Rectangular pool 8x4mts surrounded by a lawned garden and a large Jacuzzi. Several covered terraces with ping pong and soccer. Terraces around the house. Private tennis court.
The house is completed by a barbecue area with sink and an old wood-fired oven.

Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
