This villa has been recently renovated and has a living room with access to the large porch. Modern and large kitchen fully equipped. The living room has air conditioning.
The bedrooms are a good size, very bright and air conditioned. The bathrooms have also been recently refurbished.
The most attractive feature of this very popular villa the beautiful terrace with large barbecue area, good size pool (9x4mts) and gardens. In addition, this villa provides a lot of tranquility and a ping pong table for those who want to have fun.
The property is located close to Pollensa and Purto Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
