This charming house is situated in a quiet residential area located between Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and the impressive Cala de Sant Vicente. It is a privileged area surrounded by nature and green areas, just 4 km from the beach. The house is surrounded by gardens and a generously sized swimming pool. It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, air conditioning hot/cold, wifi, a large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue area, where you can enjoy with your family and friends a nice sunset with its views to the mountains. There is also a ping-pong table for the more restless members of the family. We recommend you to visit Pollensa, about 3 km away. A charming Mallorcan village, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the village square such as "Q11" and "U Plaça" and its well known Sunday market.
