On this same floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a second bathroom. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a double bedroom and a third bathroom.
Large garden, furnished terrace, outdoor table tennis and a good size swimming pool (8x4mts) make this house a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
In addition, the house has a large covered barbecue with attached kitchen included, thus becoming the ideal place to eat outdoors while enjoying the views offered by the pool and the garden.
All rooms have air conditioning / heating which in line with local energy saving initiatives are scheduled for use from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.

A nice, tradicional-style villa in a very peaceful area. Only a short drive from Pollença old town and local shops. Very clean throughout. A good sized swimming pool and a beautiful and well-maintained garden.

The first part of the annex has a double bedroom with beamed ceilings, elegant pastel painted walls, and a bathroom with an en-suite shower. There is a door that connects the two parts of the annex, and that can be opened and / or locked if desired, depending on the privacy one wishes. The main house is a little higher than the annex. Villa Quercus is just a few minutes drive from the towns of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The house has been carefully renovated in order to modernize it and bring it in line with current standards. From the parking area some stone stairs lead us to the terrace where the main house entrance is located. From it you can access the living room, equipped with sofas where you can enjoy a movie on the impressive 65-inch screen. From the living room an arch leads us to a hallway that communicates with the kitchen from where you can also access the covered terrace directly. The kitchen is fully equipped and you also have a nice table with 8 chairs. On the ground floor you there are two of the four bedrooms: one with a double bed and a complete bathroom en suite, and another which has twin beds. A second renovated bathroom completes this level of the house. Upstairs are the rest of the rooms located: one double with a bathroom and shower en suite, and another twin bedroom. The double room offers beautiful views of the Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir mountains. All rooms have air conditioning without time restrictions. The exterior has several spaces and rest areas so that clients can enjoy different ambients. The main covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor table for 8 people and is the most practical since it has easy access to the kitchen and barbecue, ideal for those who wish to grill. Passing through the double arched stone wall you enter the chillout area, with a multitude of seating areas and comforting shade during the day. Those who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere can come here to relax after dinner. The second covered terrace is adjacent to here and has a small bar and table football. Finally, in the front part of the house, a small platform has been set up with a table and 4 chairs for those who prefer to sit in the shade of the oaks. The rectangular pool of more than 50 m2 has roman steps, around the pool there are ample spaces for sun loungers and an area equipped for the Balinese day bed. It should be mentioned that beside the house with direct outdoor access there is a renovated toilet with shower and the laundry.
